Student Workflow

Instant Verification

Each student is issued a unique digital or physical ID configured directly from the Staff & Student IDs generation module.

A designated device running the SAT Mobile Scanner is used by school administration to scan the student's unique code upon entry or exit. The system instantly logs their daily attendance and notifies the correct parent/guardian. Additionally, administrators can scan Parent PAC Cards to securely authorize and record student pickups into the Parent Pickup Log.

Flexible Staff Scanning

To eliminate queues at the school gate, we have introduced highly flexible scanning protocols for staff. Scanning their code accurately logs daily working hours, late arrivals, and early departures directly into the Staff Attendance day-wise reports.

  • Self-Scanning: Staff can use the Edu-Slick app on their own phones. The system uses your custom Location & Geofencing setup to verify they are on premises before a successful clock-in.
  • Admin-Scanning: Alternatively, staff can be quickly processed using the designated SAT Mobile Scanner at the reception.
